The Plot of Sang-e-Mah
Sang-e-Mah is a magnificent story of revenge and love. The life of a family from Pakistan’s tribal areas is followed in Sang-e-Mah. The drama will show how people are forced to sacrifice their lives and their relationships due to a false tradition.
The story is set in the fictitious city of “Laspiraan.” Hilmand routinely goes to the tomb of Nasrullah Khan, his father. Hikmat, Hilmand’s half-brother and the son of Marjaan and Zarsanga is in love with Gul Meena, the sister of Zarsanga and Zarghuna. Saife Hassan revealed in an exclusive interview that he will be redesigning the Sang-e-Mar Mar and introducing a new season in July 2021. He identified the main actors as Sania Saeed, Nauman Ijaz, Kubra Khan, and Samiya Mumtaz. Hassan also revealed that it would be a trilogy, with Sang-e-Siyah coming after Sang-e-Mah.
While Nadia Afgan, Hania Amir, and Samiya Mumtaz joined for the second season, Sania Saeed, Nauman Ijaz, and Kubra Khan reprised their roles from Sang-e-Mar Mar. Atif Aslam, a singer, was also said to be a part of the series, and his casting was confirmed in late August 2021.
